Photo & Media Release

Effective Date: February 9, 2026

As a condition of participation in Camp 4R ("the Camp"), I hereby grant Camp 4R, its affiliates, and authorized representatives the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, and/or videotape my child (the "Participant") during camp activities.

1. Grant of Rights

I grant Camp 4R the right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display any photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and/or digital images of the Participant for the following purposes:

• Marketing and promotional materials (print and digital)
• Camp 4R website and social media channels
• Educational materials and presentations
• Press releases and media coverage
• Internal documentation and records

2. No Compensation

I understand that no monetary compensation will be provided for the use of such photographs, recordings, or images, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of such materials.

3. Release of Liability

I release and discharge Camp 4R, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have or may hereafter have arising out of or relating to the use of photographs, recordings, or images of the Participant, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or copyright infringement.

4. Ownership

I acknowledge that all photographs, recordings, and images taken by Camp 4R or its representatives are the sole property of Camp 4R. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, recordings, or images, or the use to which they may be applied.

5. Duration

This release is effective in perpetuity and shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

6. Opt-Out Option

I understand that if I do not wish for my child to be photographed or recorded, I may notify Camp 4R in writing prior to the start of the camp session. Camp 4R will make reasonable efforts to exclude the Participant from photographs and recordings, though I acknowledge that incidental inclusion may occur in group settings.

7. Acknowledgment

By registering my child for Camp 4R and completing the enrollment process, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Photo & Media Release, and I agree to its terms voluntarily and without reservation.
