Camp 4R, LLC ("Camp 4R," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of students ("Campers") and their parents or legal guardians ("Guardians"). This Privacy Policy explains how Camp 4R, LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in connection with our programs, website, registration process, and educational services.

By registering a Camper, submitting information through our website or forms, or participating in Camp 4R programs, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope & Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by Camp 4R, LLC through:

The Camp 4R website and landing pages
Online registration, scheduling, and payment forms
In-person educational programming and events
Camp-provided devices, software, and technology platforms

Camper name
Grade level (current or upcoming school year)
Dietary restrictions and allergy information (if disclosed)
Medical or accommodation information (if voluntarily disclosed)

2.3 Technology & Program Data

Camp-issued account credentials and access permissions
Project files, code, documents, and other educational artifacts created during camp
Limited technical and usage metadata (e.g., login events, access logs) used for safety, reliability, and instructional support

3. Children's Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Camp 4R, LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental or guardian consent
All Camper participation requires Guardian consent obtained during registration
Campers are prohibited from creating or using personal accounts on external platforms while using camp-provided devices
Camp 4R, LLC does not sell, rent, or commercially exploit children's personal information

Guardians may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's personal information at any time, subject to applicable legal or operational requirements (see Section 9).

4. How We Use Information

Camp 4R, LLC uses personal information solely for legitimate educational and operational purposes, including:

Program administration and communications
Health, safety, supervision, and emergency response
Curriculum delivery and instructional support
Device management, access control, and security monitoring
Creation of student portfolios, demos, or showcases (subject to consent)

Camp 4R, LLC does not use Camper data for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or marketing unrelated to the program.

5. AI Tools & Educational Technology

Camp 4R, LLC uses enterprise-grade or controlled educational AI and software tools
Camper personal data is not used to train public or commercial AI models
Campers are instructed not to enter sensitive personal data into AI systems
AI tools are used exclusively for learning, experimentation, and project development within the program's ethical and safety framework

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Camp 4R, LLC shares personal information only as necessary and only with trusted third parties, including:

Payment processors (for transaction processing only)
Educational and productivity software providers (under controlled access)
Service providers supporting program operations, compliance, or infrastructure

All third parties are contractually required to maintain reasonable confidentiality and security standards. Camp 4R, LLC does not sell personal data.

Educational project artifacts may be retained for portfolio access unless a deletion request is submitted by the Guardian

Guardians have the right to:

Review personal information collected about their Camper
Request corrections or updates
Request deletion of personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
Withdraw consent for future data collection or use

10. Media & Public Display

Photos, videos, audio recordings, or student work will only be used in accordance with the Media Release consent provided during registration. Guardians may opt out in writing prior to the start of camp.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Camp 4R, LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively.

Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
