BY CLICKING "I AGREE," SUBMITTING A REGISTRATION FORM, AND/OR ENROLLING A STUDENT, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN ("GUARDIAN") OF THE STUDENT ("CAMPER") AND THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND THE CAMPER. THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND CAMP 4R, LLC.

1. Program Overview & Eligibility

1.1 Program Description. Camp 4R, LLC ("Camp 4R," "we," "us," or "our") operates an in-person educational summer program focused on artificial intelligence literacy, ethics, and technology creation.

1.2 Eligibility. Campers must be entering Grades 7–12 as of Fall 2026.

1.3 Acceptance. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Camp 4R, LLC reserves the right to deny, revoke, or terminate enrollment at its sole discretion.

2. Fees, Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

2.1 Payment Requirement. Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve a seat.

2.2 Refund Policy.

  • 100% refund if written cancellation is received 30 or more days prior to the camp start date
  • 50% refund if written cancellation is received 14–29 days prior to the camp start date
  • No refunds for cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the camp start date

2.3 No Proration. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed days, late arrivals, or early departures.

2.4 Transfers. Registrations may be transferred to a future Camp 4R, LLC session only at Camp 4R, LLC's discretion and subject to availability.

3. Attendance, Hours & Supervision

3.1 Program Hours. Camp hours are 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

3.2 Supervision Window. Camp 4R, LLC does not provide supervision before drop-off or after pick-up times. Guardian assumes full responsibility outside program hours.

4. Code of Conduct & Behavioral Standards

4.1 Conduct Requirement. Campers must comply with all Camp 4R, LLC rules, policies, safety protocols, and staff instructions, including ethical and responsible use of technology and AI tools.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior
  • Misuse of technology or attempts to bypass safeguards
  • Inappropriate, unsafe, or unethical AI usage
  • Damage to equipment, facilities, or property

4.3 Removal Without Refund. Camp 4R, LLC reserves the right to remove a Camper from the program without refund for serious or repeated violations or if continued participation poses a safety, legal, or operational risk.

5. Technology Use & AI Safety

5.1 Provided Equipment. Camp 4R, LLC provides camp-managed devices and controlled access to approved software and platforms.

5.2 Restrictions. Campers may not install unauthorized software, access personal accounts, or use camp systems for non-approved purposes.

5.3 Monitoring. Camp 4R, LLC may monitor usage for safety, instructional support, and compliance purposes.

6. Academic Integrity

6.1 Learning-First Standard. AI tools may be used for explanation, exploration, and assistance—not for cheating, impersonation, or misrepresentation.

6.2 Violations. Academic dishonesty or misuse of AI may result in disciplinary action or removal from the program.

7. Health, Medical Care & Allergies

7.1 Disclosure Obligation. Guardian is responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, allergies, and accommodation needs.

7.2 Medical Authorization. Guardian authorizes Camp 4R, LLC staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for Camper if Guardian cannot be reached and agrees to assume all associated costs.

7.3 No Medical Professionals. Camp 4R, LLC staff are not medical professionals.

8. Lunch & Food Services

8.1 Food Provided. Camp 4R, LLC provides daily lunch and snacks.

8.2 Allergen Disclaimer. While reasonable precautions are taken, Camp 4R, LLC cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

9. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

9.1 Assumption of Risk. Guardian acknowledges that participation involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, property damage, or other loss.

9.2 Release. To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Guardian, on behalf of themselves and Camper, releases and holds harmless Camp 4R, LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, venue providers, and affiliates ("Released Parties") from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from Camper's participation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camp 4R, LLC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the applicable camp session.

10.2 Exclusion of Damages. Camp 4R, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Student Ownership. Campers retain ownership of original work they create during the program.

11.2 License to Camp. Guardian and Camper grant Camp 4R, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display Camper work (with attribution where appropriate) for educational, promotional, or portfolio purposes unless opted out in writing.

12. Photography & Media Release

12.1 Consent. Guardian grants Camp 4R, LLC permission to photograph or record Camper during program activities for promotional or educational use.

12.2 Opt-Out. Media opt-out must be submitted in writing prior to the start of camp.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 Privacy Policy. Personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Camp 4R, LLC Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

14. Program Changes & Force Majeure

14.1 Program Modifications. Camp 4R, LLC may modify curriculum, instructors, schedules, tools, or activities as needed.

14.2 Force Majeure. Camp 4R, LLC is not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond reasonable control. Reasonable credits or alternatives may be offered at Camp 4R, LLC's discretion.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15.2 Exclusive Venue. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Camp 4R program shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cincinnati (Hamilton County), Ohio, and the parties irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Guardian and Camp 4R, LLC regarding program participation and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
